Delivery, Return& Refund Policy

Delivery of Items and Timescales

 Once we received your order of a product, we endeavour to deliver the product to you within 1-4 working days from the date of acceptance of the order. Subject to availability of goods, we normally deliver our products Next Day (except Saturday-Sunday). However, in case of any unforeseen circumstances, if we cannot deliver your order in time, we will make every attempt to contact you to make an alternative arrangement. We will endeavour to complete all orders for goods or services within 28 working days. However, forthcoming products are exempted from this term, in which case, we will endeavour to complete all orders within 28 days of the product availability date- as displayed on the www.ebargainshop.co.uk website next to the specific goods or services.


Please note that the method of delivery may vary depending on the cost of products purchased from us.


Delivery is FREEwithin the United Kingdom except Saturdays.We offer FREE Next Day Delivery on ALL computer consumables i.e. Toners, Inks and Cartridges-subject to status and stock availability.


Please note that we can not deliver on a bank holiday, however we will endeavour to deliver on the next official working day; subject to status, credit check and stock availability


We deliver our goods using Royal Mail and Private Courier (subject to status of the order) between Mondays to Fridays. Delivery on Saturdays is NOT FREE and it will cost £15/-, if you want your goods urgently deliver to you on Saturday.


All products with a value in excess of £50 must be signed for. Delivery will be attempted before 12.00 o’clock (though this can’t be guaranteed). If no one is available to sign for the product, a card will be left for you and the parcel will be held at the local Royal Mail Depot for you to collect. Parcels will be held for 10 days before they are returned to Ebargainshop.co.uk. Please call the number specified on the card if you wish to re-arrange the delivery, collect from your local Post Office or to re-direct the parcel to an alternative address.


Please note that due to security reasons we are unable to deliver the products to any address other than that of the customer provided us at the time of placing the order. At present we can only deliver on a weekday. Goods ordered from www.ebargainshop.co.uk website will only be delivered to a UK address.


If, for reasons beyond our control, we are unable to fulfil the agreement to supply you with your goods within 30 days, we will offer a refund on your debit / credit card or suggest an alternative good.


Subject to any rights granted to you under applicable consumer law, we accept no liability for any failure to ship the products where this results from our inability to do so or our decision on reasonable grounds not to do so, provided that we take all reasonable steps to notify you within 14 days of placing the order that the goods will not be shipped as ordered. In such cases, we will immediately refund any payment made, in full. It is your responsibility to ensure that you order from us with sufficient lead-time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from such non-shipment.

 Cancellation Rights& Refunds

 Where you have purchased the goods or services as a consumer (i.e. for private use as opposed to business use), please note that you are entitled to cancel any contract completed with us within the time scales stated in our service policy.


We follow 14 days money back guarantee scheme. You simply return your purchased products in perfect condition within 14 days, in the original packaging and we will refund your purchase. Please ensure you keep your receipt safe. Any product purchased from us can be returned within 14 days of receipt as stipulated by our service policy.

 Returns & Replacements

 At eBargainshop, our objective is to provide a wide range of brand-name computer consumables at the best online prices. For your peace of mind and happiness, we offer these terms in respect of returns and refunds for our products. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee that means that if you are not satisfied with any product you buy from us you may return it (without giving a reason if you wish) within 14 days after receipt of your order, provided they are unused, unopened and kept in original packaging (including their documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories). Postage and insurance are not refundable. If you are returning goods, you have to make your own arrangements for shipping goods to our premises at your cost. On successful receipt of the returned goods we will refund the full amount within 14 days. If we are collecting the goods on your behalf then we may deduct the cost of collection from your refund. For your complete satisfaction, we offer a full refund on any unwanted orders placed on our website. We will refund the full amount within 30 days of the cancellation of the order. Defective items may be returned together with a copy of our invoice for a full refund including the cost of carriages. As all of our products carry their warranties from respective manufacturers, we will be pleased to replace these products provided prior Returned Merchandize Authorization is issued by their manufacturer. When will you get your replacement?

Your replacement will be dispatched once the faulty goods have arrived back to us.

How long will a refund take to show on your card?

A credit will be applied to your card within 30 days of the goods being returned.

Do you have to pay to return the goods?

We will organise a courier collection of any faulty goods. Unwanted goods are returned at your own expense.

 Viewing Your Orders

 Please ‘Login’ to your Account and then view your order in your Account Page. We’ll also send you tracking link by email when you place an order from us, which you can follow to track your order.

 Updating Account Information

 To deliver effective service, we expect that our customers keep their account information up to date. You therefore warrant that:

a) The personal information which you are required to provide when you register is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects;

b) You are not impersonating any other person or entity. You will notify us immediately of any changes to your personal information by e-mailing us at sales@ebargainshop.co.uk or telephoning our customer service representatives on 0208133 6043.

 Returning Faulty, Damaged, Incorrect or Late Goods

 At eBargainshop, we always endeavour to provide high quality products to our customers; however, in unforeseen circumstances, delivered goods that are deemed faulty, damaged and incorrect, or delivered after the agreed dates, can be returned to us and we will refund the full cost of postage and packaging to you. We require proof of payment to process the refunds, so please ensure you keep your receipts safe. Contact the Web Customer Services Team to organise all returns by emailing us at sales@ebargainshop.co.uk or calling us on 0208133 6043 (open 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday(costs are charged at national rate).

We will refund any money you have paid to us within 30 days of receipt of your returned goods. If you face any problem outside 30 days period, please contact us on 0208133 6043 or email us sales@ebargainshop.co.uk and we will be happy to help you.

 Returning Products No longer Required
