Can I return an itemsimply if I do not like it?

You are entitled to cancel any contract completed with us within the time scales stated in our service policy.  We follow 14 days money back guarantee scheme. You simply return your purchased products in perfect condition within 14 days, in the original packaging and we will refund your money. Please ensure you keep your receipt safe. How can I pay for products?

The quickest way to pay is to make a payment by a debit or credit card. We accept all major UK credit and debit cards. We also accept cheques from the customers with Credit Account. For the customers without Credit Account, please Contact Us and we’ll be happy to help you with cheque payment. We also accept payment through Paypal account. Online transfer is also acceptable but it will take more time to process your payment and place your order.

How long will a refund take to show in my account?

How much I can get discount on purchasing larger quantity?

My goods are damaged in transit; how can I change it, and how long will it take?

It is our responsibility to ensure that our customers receive all products and goods in perfect working condition. If you receive any products which are faulty, damaged or incorrectly delivered, please contact us within 3 days and we’ll arrange the replacement for you. We’ll not charge you for any faulty or damaged goods and the replacement will be arranged as soon as we receive the faulty products back to us. What are product warrantees, and how long does it cover?

All our products come with 6 months’ manufacturers’ warrantees. If you notice any fault or damage during the use, please contact our customer service immediately on 0208133 6043to arrange a replacement.

What happens if I do not receive my order next day?

At eBargainshop, we make every effort to deliver our products next day to our customers Free of Cost using Royal Mail and courier services. However, in some foreseen circumstances, the delivery is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. In such a situation simply give us a little bit extra time to deliver the products to you. In situation, however, where the products are delayed longer than 2 days, please call us on 0208133 6043 so that we can trace the order for you.

What is Rainbow Pack?

A rainbow pack is a pack of four cartridges (Black, Cyan, Magenta and Yellow) or six cartridges (Black, Cyan/Light Cyan, Magenta/Light Magenta and Yellow) depending on the printers. We have put together these Rainbow Packs to provide a huge amount of savings to our customers.

What is your policy in regards to anti-spam ?

We do not send any spam emails or any other marketing spam to our customers. We occasionally send emails only those customers who are registered themselves to receive emails containing special offers, new product information, etc.

What will be the cost of shipping?

When My Products will be delivered to me?

Any product bought from us before 3.00PM, Monday to Friday, will be delivered within 1-4 working days between 9:00AM to 5.00 PM. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered within 1-4 working days from following Monday. We endeavour to provide Next Day FreeDelivery on all order subject to availability. 99% of orders placed before 3pm are shipped same day and delivered next day to our customers. We attempt to dispatch the orders same day even placed before 4.00pm but we can not guarantee the Next Day Delivery. The order will definitely be dispatched next day. When will I get my replacement?
